jll33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as authorized by you unless you have previously notified jll33 of a security compromise and jll33 has had a reasonable opportunity to act on that notification.
jll33 accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, USDT (Tether) via TRC-20 or ERC-20 networks, and Coins.ph. All deposits are processed and credited to your Account Balance in Philippine Peso (₱). Cryptocurrency deposits are automatically converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on the relevant blockchain.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction, applicable across all accepted payment methods. jll33 does not currently impose a maximum deposit limit for fully verified accounts, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your jll33 Balance in real time or within 30 seconds of a confirmed transaction. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO) are credited within one (1) business hour of payment confirmation. jll33 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
You warrant that all funds deposited to your jll33 Account are legitimately yours and are not the proceeds of any criminal or fraudulent activity. jll33 is required to comply with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and may request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited.
Withdrawal requests are available only to Players who have completed the full KYC verification process. Specifically, a valid government-issued Philippine ID (UMID, driver's license, passport, or PhilSys National ID) must be uploaded and approved before any withdrawal can be processed.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, subject to jll33's fraud prevention and AML review procedures.
For fully verified accounts, GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within two (2) to five (5) minutes of the request being submitted. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI and BDO are processed within one (1) business hour. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
jll33 applies a withdrawal method matching policy: withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. This measure is applied in accordance with AML best practices to prevent fund laundering through the platform.
Important: Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Withdrawing before meeting applicable requirements may result in bonus cancellation. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
jll33 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin allocations, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms published alongside the offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount plus the bonus) must be wagered a specified number of times before any portion of the balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30×) applied to the bonus amount.
Unless specified otherwise, bonus credits that are not used within thirty (30) days of being credited to an Account will expire and be removed from the Account Balance automatically. jll33 will not reinstate expired bonuses.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jll33's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. jll33's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jll33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jll33 reasonably determines that:
Upon termination for breach, jll33 may withhold Account Balances pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances are forfeited upon termination regardless of the reason.
A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting jll33 Customer Support. Account closure does not affect any outstanding bet or transaction already in progress at the time of the request.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute regarding any transaction, game outcome, or account decision, you are encouraged to contact jll33 Customer Support in the first instance. jll33 aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with jll33, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's complaint resolution mechanism in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures.
jll33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jll33 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, provide notice to registered Players via the contact details held on their Account.
Your continued use of the jll33 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting jll33 Customer Support.
